Instructions
  1. Saute Crawfish, Butter, Celery, Fresh Parsley and Bell Pepper until pepper begin to get tender.
  2. Add Tomatoes to the saute of vegetables and crawfish. Heat for 20 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Slowly add the can of soup and the eggs. Heat a bit longer. If the mixture is too thick add milk to thin.
  4. Season with Worcestireshire sauce, pepper and salt. You can also add a little Tabasco if you like some heat.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs.
  6. Spoon into a pie shell or tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuntes or until browned on top.
